DETOX RECIPE
When a Spirit lifts from its human form, it is a composite vibration of the life it lived. This vibration has a sound. For some, it is the sound of weeping and anguish. For others, it is anger and revenge or the opposite: the melodic sound of joy, compassion and kindness. For still others, it is the sound of knowing and the expanding of knowing. All of these are frequencies. All of these are melodies, whether they are harmonious or painful to hear. One does not become instantly perfect when one leaves Earth life behind. You will still be who you are right now.
You would have the same knowing you have, the same feelings, the same unfinished goals, the same habits or addictions.
Your life is a learning, purging, and healing process, perfecting you for a more advanced level of existence.
1. Listen to your speech and begin a purge of words (concepts) you say that limit you. Whatever you say, your subconscious will make it so: I can't see why..., I don't know..., I'm tired of....I'm not sure...I can't think of...Life is hard...I don't have enough...I'm afraid that...No one gets me....I can't think why....etc.
2. Notice your reactions. First, just notice the "nasty ones": anger, fear, jealousy, pouting, finger-pointing, sadness, melancholy, guilt, hatred, revenge, anxiety, worry, disappointment, panic, hostility, etc. You learned each one of these reactions. They are programmed responses that you can be set free from (unless you want to carry them with you when you leave this Earth.)
When you catch yourself in a reaction, trace it to whatever happened in your life that taught you to have that response. Fill yourself with Violet Fire and then White Fire, and command something beautiful and lovely to take its place.
3. Find a Way-shower to help you with this. There are practitioners of Body Talk, Thought Karate, Emotion Codes, and Emotional Freedom Technique, just to name a few.
4. Notice your positive reactions, once you've a handle on the "negative" ones. Granted, they are pleasant so you might wonder why shift them? The answer is because they are just as much a programmed reaction as the unpleasant emotions are. The goal is to be free of reactions. Why? So that you have CHOICE in how to respond at any time.

ULTIMATE FREEDOM RECIPE
Zero Point is the realization that there is only is-ness. All along you have been the one with the power to label something as Heaven or Hell, to decide if today will be a glorious day or something else.
While most people do not wake up and say, “Ah, let's live a miserable hellish day today on purpose. I want everything to go wrong", that can still happen if your Programmed Self finds that template in your File Records and reacts to a trigger in your life.
This very clever self, often called the "unconscious" or the "subconscious", was originally designed so that the God/Goddess that you are, the spark of eternal life and awareness, of infinite intelligence, could have a vacation from remembering itself as All Powerful. It could play at life and pretend. Humans are all pretending to be something they are not, pretending to be helpless or worthless or ignorant. Humans pretend on many levels.
But this clever self will hold on to 'ways to behave' even when they are no longer productive. This Freedom recipe uses a timer and lasts all day.
1. Set your timer for every hour of the day.
2. During each hour, seek to be aware if you have a reaction. If you notice a reaction (ugh, oh geez, I hate that, why????), notice the emotion it places you in.
3. Decide to exercise your personal creative prowess and choose NOT to be that reactive emotion. Imagine the situation that just created your reaction (dropping something, having to take another phone call, a disagreement) and relive it while reacting in a way that is supportive rather than destructive (oh yay, this too shall pass, no biggie).
4. When you have a preferred reaction, feel inside yourself if you want to keep it or not. If so, relive the incident a few times making sure your new reaction is what comes up first.
Eventually there will be no reactions that upset your inner balance, and you will call Zero Point your home base.

( pictures, sounds, scents, feelings, etc.)
6. Thank yourself for being willing to receive whatever helps you awaken and adopt this mantra:
I Am in the Right place, at the Right time, doing the Right thing
(don't get caught up in the idea of 'right/wrong'; for now, the use of the word 'right' means to your subconscious that you will be 'the best for you')

What you think and what you feel in this moment is creating your future.
What you are living in this moment comes from the thoughts and experiences you have had in a past or many pasts.
It is not always in the moment that what you choose creates your reality.
1. Imagine very clearly (even if you have to draw or look at an already drawn picture)
what you are choosing to be in your life.
2. Imagine breathing that image into yourself, so that it fills all of the form that you are.
3. Exhale anything that interferes with your image, turning it into butterflies that return "to the ends" of the Universe to become something else.
4. Repeat this process 3x.
5. Declare, "And so it is" and BELIEVE IT.
