Radical Self Love begins with loving the human form you have been given to experience life through.
How you love it is often based on how your parents or caregivers treated you in your early years, not just what was said by them but what was done by or through them, along with the emotions they emitted.
1. Feel the answers to the following questions, one by one.
2. If the feeling is unpleasant, change it by imagination, color, sound, and feeling until you rewrite it completely.
3. Move on to the next question, and do the same.
4. If the feeling is pleasant, enlarge it and enjoy it before moving on.
When you were born, was there joy or disappointment over the gender of your body?
Were you allowed to play?
Were you treated gently or roughly?
Did you feel well fed?
Were you forced to share your bedroom, toys, clothes, time?
Were you told you were beautiful or ugly, even in jest?
When you were sick, how were you treated?
Did you feel there was something to measure up to?
Did you feel you could do it?
Were you condemned to a life of being second best?
Was being just yourself ever enough?

4. Do this 3x. This tells your Soul you are seeking knowledge.
5. Feel the solution or knowledge your seeking...what would it look like, feel like, smell like, sound like or be like?
6. Form that image in your mind. Breathe it in 3x.
7. Let it go, and go focus on something else, knowing it will be received by your Soul and answered.
