Brought out my Illuminations handout from yester years. I asked for the color I needed and Indigo came in. I had a better day after sending it to myself ; next day silver/blue was what came to me. All in all , I am remembering U have many tools to hold me up in the light of creating a better me. Becoming clearer and brighter Love all around us abounds. Gracias.

I was alone playing with a gift from my favorite grandmother in the dirt under a giant maple tree. Feeling totally present and free. The seance time I was 8 and experience similar feelings and had received a gift from my Mother. She and I were sitting on the front step. Fully present, with consciousness totally contained and intact. Very happy and free. I lived on a 200 acre farm that was my imaginary and total playground. I thrived. The morning after the weekly broadcast, thanks to the high energies and the wisdom that is imparted, I usually have an amazing dream or a revelation of great value for my development. In this broadcast, LMN speaks of stressors, and I realized that stress 'dams up' the energy flow: fluidic, in the meridians, and cosmic. A HUGE LIGHT BULB FLASHED inside my head when I realized how many times in my 70 years that I have, with great vigor, said, "Damn it!." I was instructing my body form to create blockages, to dam up the water of which we are made. It created many physical issues for me, including severe dehydration. I immediately did Ho'o'ponono for my earth suit, my self and others I may have harmed with this consciousness.
