GRATITUDE RECIPE
POSTURE
Stand in Gratitude position, as shown in photo:
Palms together with fingertips lightly touching, held in front of heart center.
Stand with knees gently bent (or sit), and feet about shoulder width apart.
ACTION
As you inhale, slight bend forward and see/feel/speak/smell something you are grateful for.
It can be an event, a person, a place, a thing, a food, a dream, a goal, etc.
On the exhale, straighten up again.
Do this 3,6, or 9 times.
COMPLETION
Give thanks to your Spirit teachers and guides for their love and support.
Give thanks to yourself for being willing to express Gratitude,
your GReatATITUDE of life.
