NURTURING YOUR PHYSICAL BODY
I decree the infinite power of Invincible Almighty God. (3x)
I decree and bring into manifestation the majestic power of physical body nurturing, divine harmony at work through me. (3x)
I command this physical nurturing to manifest. (3x)
I visualize this manifestation beginning from a green and white light emanating from within my being. (3x)
For am I not the God of my being? Am I not the kingdom of my life?
Are my words not the words that will create that which I seek?
I Am that I Am. I Am that I Am. I Am that I Am.
And so, within me I find the still pool of water filled with this light (3x)
Emanating within me and through me (3x)
As the concentric circles of waves of nurturing spread out from me (3x)
All of the water and all of my being (3x)
Is filled with this radiant light of physical nurturing
I am filled with this radiant light of physical nurturing (3x)
For I am the Ascended Master premise (3x)
That through the application of this Power of Invincible God (3x)
I am this physical nurturing (3x)
And I am the influence that alters human affairs (3x)
And changes destiny (3x)
For in this light I am, I am the new nurturing of this physical body that I wear. (3x)
And I am the cells aligning with one another in complete cooperation (3x)
For this physical form drinks up spiritual nurturing. (3x)
And I am that enlightened light and vibration I seek (3x)
And I resonate with it now. (3x)
And though the waters of my being may be in motion, I hold this resonance. (3x)
And it exudes from my being to create the environment that supports me (3x)
For I the God of my being, command the outer world to support my physical being (needs)(3x)
And so it is-For I am that I am (3x)
