HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT HEALY CONNECTION ISSUES
98% of Healy problems are connection problems that we solve ourselves.
The other 2% belong to the Healy, and it will be replaced.
CAUSES OF MOST CONNECTION PROBLEMS
- internet connection too weak or not stable.
- too many Bluetooth signals in the area; Healy signals are much shorter than other Bluetooth apps.
- not enough memory on your smartphone.
- too many Bluetooth devices in the area.
- too many apps open in the background.
PREVENTING PROBLEMS
1. Update regularly in your Healy app and in your phone, because the phone does not always automatically update the cache, and that is when problems may occur.
2. Empty call logs often and store photos on SD card or transfer off of phone. These use a lot of memory which makes your phone run too slow. This is one of the most
frequent reasons Healy has a poor connection.
3. Do not run too many apps in the background. There are free apps to clean up everything running in the background with one click. The phone is a mini computer
that remembers everything.
4. You should switch your phone off at least 1x / week.
iOS phone 7
The constant problems with the IOS phone 7 are white screens. The developer did his best to adjust this in the app itself for the time being. Healy is not sure if these have been completely removed.
When the latest app versions are coming, these issues will be resolved, the tests are in full swing.
COMMON PROBLEMS
1. Move the app from the background to the front and the connection button keeps running. (only with IOS)
2. Resonance synchronization at 10%.
3. White screen or disconnection after scanning with Resonance
The software is confused with what to make appear on the screen.
# Close all apps in the background.
# Go to a place where you have no connection with other Bluetooth apps. This step alone can help.
# Reset Healy with a hard reset (remove memory) and switch it on, green light flashes.
# Open blue-dot app and connect.
# Settings phone> Bluetooth> and available devices click> Healy appears and click on it. If prompted, enter 0000.
# Go to blue app and see what happens, no connection yet?
Then repeat the step above. If this does not work yet, you can also click in the blue-dot app at settings> connect Healy. You may have to repeat this a few
times until your blue light flashes.
# If '… .device' appears do not confirm, it means a device other than Healy.
4. Pink-dot app opens and closes immediately.
• Too many devices in the area. Also take into account the devices of your neighbors.
• It may be that the serial number is incorrect (also happens little).
Then you have to start the blue app and see which serial number is listed there.
If that is not the same serial number on your Healy then you have to reinstall the blue app
5. Healy connects only if it is the charging cable.
6. How do you see that your battery is empty or not fully charged?
7. The green light stays green constantly and does not charge the Healy.
The other 2% belong to the Healy, and it will be replaced.

COMMON PROBLEMS
1. Move the app from the background to the front and the connection button keeps running. (only with IOS)
- This is a server error on which Healy has already worked. If it is still happening, do this: close the app, restart and reconnect. This problem will be solved with the new app version that they are fully testing at the moment. Just be patient.
2. Resonance synchronization at 10%.
- That problem has been solved by Healy. However, make sure you have a stable and strong internet connection otherwise the upload will take a long time. Healy is a heavy file. It is linear so the progress may linger at a certain %. Be patient and give it time, even up to an hour.

5. Healy connects only if it is the charging cable.
- This is because the battery is empty and no longer charging. The reason is that in the beginning the battery did not have 3x the full range, which means 3x full charge and 3x full charge. As a result, you do not get the correct display of your charging time from your Healy on your phone. It uses an algorithm that searches for a min and max range of the battery via a mathematical calculation. This is inaccurate because the wrong starting point was recorded at the first use because the Healy did not had the full range.
- We can restore this by resetting (removing memory) of the Healy so that the Healy will show a new range on your phone. Then apply the full range.
- Hard Reset is: punch 20 sec the on/off until the green light is on. Wait 5 sec until the green light goes out and turn on the Healy again.
6. How do you see that your battery is empty or not fully charged?
- If the green light pulses very lightly while charging.
7. The green light stays green constantly and does not charge the Healy.
- Then it is a fault of Healy itself and you have to have it replaced by Healy, but try the above first.
