Commanding Cosmic Energies is the 2nd Grand Secret of Spiritual Mysteries. It follows the first Secret, True Joy is Tranquility, as part of the trio of Grand Secrets required as the foundation for understanding the rest of the Secrets and the Pearls of Enlightenment that follow. It explains the power humans are given through speech and emotions and how to use that power in creating the life you live. We have as much right to create misery as we do to create love and joy and peace. We have as much right to create famine as we do to create feast. The creative element that we are made of and from is not limited in any way.
As you learn Commanding Cosmic Energies in the form of affirmations or decrees, you unleash upon the planet that you currently call home a gift for both humankind and yourself. Indeed, that is the purpose of all decrees, is it not? When you speak forth the words you desire to be a truth in the outer world, you are speaking to the atoms and molecules making up the truth of the-universe-that-you-are-in-in-your-inner-world.
When you are speaking words of truth or words of peace or whatever is your declaration and your intention, you create the backdrop for the play in which you are living. It is not something you are doing for others who live in a different country with a different culture. It is something you are doing for an energy field surrounding the being that you are. You are creating in the outer, but you are creating in the inner first. The outer is your view of what you are living in the inner.
Is there a separation between the two? Only because the suit that you wear, called the human body, is a vehicle while you are on planet Earth so that you might participate in the hologram of your life as an author, write your story and then live your book or as an artist and live in the painting of your creation.
When you speak forth your words of love to another, if you are truly loving the other, then you are loving yourself. When you speak forth words creating a peaceful world for others, you are creating your own inner peace. You are creating that which you wish to be so for your experience of life.
You are the Great Self. You are the Mighty I AM. You are the Cosmic Creator. You have as much right to create misery as you do to create love and joy and peace. You have as much right to create famine as you do to create feast. You have as much right to create those who would populate your world with thinking like yours as you do to populate your world with those who dissent with you.
The creative element that you are made of, Beloveds, and are made from, Beloveds, is not limited in any way. Whatever you are focusing upon becomes, if you identify with it.
There is no consciousness overseeing all that you do to tell you, “You must have peace and not war” or “You must have dis-ease and not health.” You are that decider, Beloved. You are the one who is fully and completely in charge of that which will be your experience.
It cannot be overstated, however, that you live on a planet with currently more population in terms of bodies-that-are-inhabited than at any other time in this planet’s existence. The magic of planet Earth on the one hand is that it can contain so many realities, but a truth about the containing of these realities is that sometimes they bleed over into each other. In other words, you are doing your creation, but you are not experiencing your creation.
It is a matter of energetic prowess, Beloveds. That means, in an easy way to understand it, “He who speaks loudest gets the goal". To rephrase, “Wherever there is the most energy focused upon an idea or a situation, it will overcome what already exists".
As a group, when you do decrees, you have more power than an individual, but this does not mean that you should put off decreeing until you have a group or until you have someone with you or someone who will assist you. The reason for this is to train yourself:
In the speaking of decrees, if you put forth thought form and energy, you will create thought form and energy. If in your thinking or speaking of the thought forms, your mind goes on a tangent somewhere else or you cannot wait to be finished, you are like the prankster who is laying tacks on the ground in front of the tires of a parked car so they will slowly deflate over time.
Conscious creation is not simply about the words being released from your beingness. Conscious creation is about the intent involved in the decreeing.
First is the outer, which is the earthly.
Next is the inner, which is the self.
Last is the greater than, which is the universal.
Cleverly crafted. It is the way an architect would craft a building. One must pay attention to what the foundation of a decree is in the same way as structuring the foundation of a home or an office building. The architect must pay attention to the beauty of it and to the service of it. In a decree that is well-worded and well-built, there is a beauty that could be seen and heard by the physical eye and by the ears of the human self if you have the eyes to see and the ears to hear.
A well-crafted decree and creation through the spoken word will contain what might be called the Fibonacci ratio of divine proportions. It is not necessary to understand this with your mind and attempt to craft your decrees mentally. It is easier and more accurate to feel it with your own self in harmony and alignment with the divine ratio and proportions. Some decrees will be long; some will be short, but they will have a rhythm to them creating a feeling of a building up to a complete and new truth. The feeling is infused with a knowing. That is the power of being the Cosmic Creator and commanding the cosmic energies into life.
Those who use their words to find fault, to express anger, and to complain will create more reason to find fault, to express anger and to complain.
Know this, Beloveds: what leaves your being energetically and emotionally is "magnetic". It attracts back unto itself that which you have put out. If you are 'emanating misery', you are literally attracting misery in some way back into your life. Conversely, if you are 'emanating joy', you are literally attracting joy in some way back into your life.
You can already understand where the phraseology on your planet, “Misery loves company”, came from. It is a way of showing you metaphysical principles. If you speak forth misery and emanate misery, what do you magnetize back to yourself but more of the same?
Likewise, when you move into the mastery thinking of Commanding the Cosmic Energies to do your bidding, you will begin creating like the Ascended Master consciousness, that is your birthright. It seeks to create. You are awakening your consciousness, and you are giving yourself permission to become more and more each moment you are alive and awake. Use the power of your voice coupled with the power of your intelligence and your emotions to create the world you seek to experience.

Learning to decree properly and feel confident in commanding the energies which make up existence takes practice. As humans we decree all of the time, but it is mostly idle speech. We complain about being tired, and wonder why we are. We are not taught from the beginning of life to take our speech seriously. We may spend 15 minutes in prayer and 15 hours in gossip or conversation.
The power of the spoken word combined with the power of feeling and of knowing is an ancient secret that has been diluted over the centuries. If a person feels intimated, embarrassed, or self-conscious when commanding cosmic energies, they are not ready for the skill. The feeling must be of utter confidence and personal power in order to undertake this most important Ascension skill.

- Speak the goal desired for your outer world (the world you see, hear, smell, and act in).
- Shift the focus of the same goal to your inner world (imagine it, feel it, sense it. own it).
- Then broaden the goal to include All-that-is.
