Blessings unto the heart and the mind of your being. I am Lady Master Natasha.
Beloved Ones, it is with great joy that we interact with you in this moment. We, the Council of 8 keep you, as it were, on what might be called our radar.
What that means, Beloveds, is that We as a Collective, individually and collectively, are aware of the energy fields that you emit. We are aware of the questions that you ask. We are aware of the help that you seek.
You may wonder why it is that a group such as The Council of 8 would focus on a small group, as it were, diligent in its learnings, dedicated in its relationship with love and life and God and self and infinity. A group that loves, that reaches out, that focuses, that learns and that is always ready for the next step in their evolution. You might wonder why we would work with a small group rather than insisting there were certain number of people present or that this were taken to the masses, as it were, and it is here that we reveal something to you about yourself, Beloved Ones.
You are not just you. You are also part of the masses. You are also part of the thought forms on your planet. You are also part of an energy formation that expands itself into the ethers, that reaches out to the heart and the minds of those who are seeking.
In other words, each of you, Beloveds, might be thought of as a speaker phone,
Here is the difference, Beloveds, between you in this moment of your growth and development and that of your planet, shall we say, at large. You are becoming more and more aware that you are a creative power in life, and when you look at life and you look at the world around you, you are no longer so adamant about thinking to yourself: I must help change others. I must make a difference on this planet.
You are not so much within your beings looking at others as being faulty, or looking at others as being less than, or looking at others as needing fixing, as it were.
You are rather looking at others as a way to help you understand the collective consciousness that exists on planet Earth that has kept it in its old forms, in its old cultures, in its old cause and effects.
In other words, you as a group and as individuals are rising to that place in yourself where the eyes that you look out of do not look at the world and say, "What is wrong with this world?" but rather you look within and you say, "How would I create this world?"
That, Beloveds, is Going Soul.
For Going Human is where one identifies with that which is external to oneself:
In other words, Going Human, means that you are looking at the background in life. You are looking at the play, the stage and all of the actors, all of what we might call the extras, yes? that were hired for the background of the play you are calling life, and all of the extras are the ones that are receiving the attention, if you are Going Human.
Each of you, Beloveds, wait in the heart and soul and mind of your being for these instructions and these interactions and these energies, for you are Going Soul, and you are leaving the human…you are leaving human behind. We do not mean you are leaving your earth suit, what you are wearing to be here on planet Earth. We mean that you are leaving behind the ideas of what you think you need to be and who you think you need to be, to please someone external to yourself. You are letting go of concepts of how Earth must be, of how life on Earth must be, because you are waking up each day. You are more and more awake, Beloveds, to how it is that you are designing life, and you are beginning to realize there are really only two lives on this planet, the outer life and the inner life. That is all.
The outer life and the inner life.
Most of you were raised in the outer life. Most on planet Earth are raised in the outer life.
As we spoke in our last session together, you learned to use words to communicate in that outer life, and you were drawn away from symbols and pictures, taught that somehow these were less than and so if you wished to grow and to evolve you must move away from symbols and pictures when in truth, Beloveds, those are the language of the inner life. They are the language of your inner world.
Similarly you were taught on your planet that all of the symbols all had meanings, and they were the same. So if you used a horse as a symbol in your world, let us say that the horse meant power to you. Another person may use the horse in their world, and it might mean escape. Not power but escape, running away from.
Who is correct?
In the outer world, there was always conflict about who is correct. In the outer world, more and more people will publish their books and their magazines and their websites and their blogs. More and more people will add their idea to the world for what is right.
If you look on the shelves, you will see many, many, many books defining symbols, and many books defining their meanings; and they will not all agree. Just like in reflexology, you will discover that the pressure points for the hands do not all agree. The pressure points for the feet do not all agree.
That is because in the outer world, that is the world where people seek power:
They seek the greater and the greater and the greater, and while We the Council of 8 see nothing wrong with any of this, we just tell you it is the outer life. It is Going Human.
You are learning the inner life. You are Going Soul. You are looking for that within which speaks to you, and of this past week most particularly, but the past three weeks as well, you are beginning to think in terms of symbols.
Let us say you are driving on the road, and a snake crosses in front of your car. You do not run it over. It safely moves to the other side, but in that moment you will not think as humans (and) shudder at the thought of a snake. You will think in terms of Going Soul, and you will think in terms of symbols. "Why in this moment, in my world, where I’m driving, did a snake just cross my path? What is the symbol of that for me?"
Perhaps you have adopted a book that you love. We do not say you need to know the meaning of all of your symbols without using your outer world to look some of them up. We do say, however, that whatever you adopt as a meaning for a symbol, own it, keep it, and do not let someone talk you out of it unless you desire to be talked out of it.

You are learning the inner life. You are Going Soul. You are looking for that within which speaks to you, and of this past week most particularly, but the past three weeks as well, you are beginning to think in terms of symbols.

DEFINING GOING SOUL
Going Soul means you are looking at your world and your day. You are looking at the outer world and the life in the outer world, and you are recognizing it as a reflection of what has already occurred in your inner world. When you are gifted with an abundance of produce, let us say, totally unexpected, it is because in your inner world you have made peace with the reality for yourself that life always provides, and you always have what you need before you even know that you need it.
Going Soul, Beloveds: turning within, using the symbols and the language from your inner world.
There are some of you, who are quite astute at bringing back information from your dream world. Not only bringing it back, but understanding it and working with it, and there are others of you who wish you remembered what was in your dream world. If you are the one wishing, then you are Going Human. If you are the one remembering, you are Going Soul. If you are the one who would like to remember but you have not yet, then you will breathe in a symbol that for you represents remembering your dreams, your dream state. You will breathe in a symbol. You will think of a symbol.
Let us say in this moment that you will remember anything in your world if it is bright yellow, and you will remember anything in your world, inner or outer life, if it is in the shape of the sun, and you will remember anything in your inner and your outer world if there is the light bulb idea attached to it. Instantly, you recognize that a symbol for you to remember your dreams would be the shape of a light bulb within a sun and all of it is bright yellow, and then you would breathe this symbol into your being with your deep and gentle breath before you go to sleep, knowing that it tells your inner world you wish to recall your dreams, and you wish to understand them and know them, for you have already chosen a color that speaks to the mental self, bright yellow. That is the color of intelligence. It is a color that calls to the mind, to know.
In doing your breathing before you go into your inner world for rest, you are speaking directly to your conduit. You are speaking to the Christed brain energy, as it were, that will deliver your request to the Higher Self, to the Soul Self.
WHAT MAKES A SYMBOL POWERFUL
Symbols, Beloveds, must have a feeling attached to them. They must initiate within your being some energy different than the energy we would have just from sitting and reading a book, let us say, that you are not too engaged in or just looking out the window and letting your mind wander. They must have an energy: a delight, a knowing, a deep knowing, a sense of expectation and wonder.
You are an energy machine. You are an emotion creator. You are vibration creator. You have an almost inexhaustible supply of emotions available to you, and they need not be ecstatic emotions. You need not be jumping up and down, “hip hip hurray,” every time you breathe in a symbol. You can have subtle emotions. They are still energy producers. It is the importance of that emotion, coupled with the symbol that you are breathing in, that will change your world in terms of remembering your dreams. We give you this as an example.
Anything in your life, at this stage in your development, Beloved Ones, that you are seeking to produce, you are seeking to create, you will do it with symbols and breathing and emotions. You are recognizing, in your development at this stage, that your life is really about creation. It was true, once upon a time, that when you heard the word creation you sort of thought about the Big Creator, the Big Bang, or that creation had to do with creating a planet, or that creation had to do with something that represented what was talked about in a bible, or the theory of original creation on the planet. Sometimes, you heard creation as meaning that you had to be creative. You had to be someone who got an A in art or imagination, and that if you could not create artistically, you could not write music, or you could not paint pictures, or you could not write poetry, for example, then perhaps you were not a creator. You did not create.
Now you are understanding that all, everything about existence is creation, all of it.
It is thought and feeling and symbol. That is the equation, thought and feeling and symbol.
You add manna. You add energy which you get from your breathing.
Going Soul, Beloveds: turning within, using the symbols and the language from your inner world.

CREATION FORMULA
Thought + Feeling + Symbol + Breathing
Thought + Feeling + Symbol + Breathing
You are supplying energy now from two sources, Beloveds. You are breathing in deeply and gently, which gets the attention of your conduit and you are creating energy. You are attaching a feeling to it while you are breathing. That is your double energy, and then you are sending the thought form in a symbol. That is your request.
Beloveds, the sender, lets go. You let go. Just like you let go, physically, of a letter when you mail it at the post office. You let go. It has already been sent on its way. You have done everything that was required. You no longer need in that moment to continue thinking, thinking, focusing, focusing on this same request. You may do it again the next day or the next evening, but it is not requirement that you think upon it over and over and over so that when all of a sudden you find your mind wandering, you’ve forgotten what you requested. Then what does the Going Human self do?
The going human self says:
I have to start over
I have made a mistake
I have made an error.
Then what happens is you’ve built up all of this energy and you’ve let go, and you’ve sent it off with the conduit to take to the High Self, the Wisdom, the Soul of your being, and then what happens? You stop the process, for in the midst of delivery, your higher wisdom is almost receiving. The letter has almost arrived.
But what happens?
The conduit must snatch the letter away and take it back down to you, because you have emitted a thought contrary to the delivery that was about to occur.
Would you understand?
You can see that you do this often in your lives, this changing your mind, as it were, and so you are sending your conduit back and forth, as it were. It pays attention when you are breathing. It pays attention all the time, but when you take your deep and gentle breath three times, it knows. It becomes easily trained. It becomes easily aware. This is you asking something of it, and it is designed to fulfill and participate in the creation of your world, of all that you are deciding to create.
WEEKLY ASSIGNMENT
This week, Beloveds, We, the Council of 8, bring you an assignment, as it were. Something to continue perfecting the Soul self of your being. This beautiful energy that you are. This love of life that you are.
We ask of you this week to begin, if you have not already, a symbol journal so that you might write down for yourself what each symbol is that you use and its meaning, and then we ask you to come up with three, you may do more if you desire, three things that you will breathe into existence between now and the time we meet next week on Thursday.
This means that:
1. you will come up with three things you, as creator, wish to be made manifest in your life
2. in so doing you will create a symbol that represents the manifestation of each thing separately
3. then you will practice your breathing, your breath of life and breathing in your symbol, and then you will let it go
4. then you will do it again sometime later that evening or the next day or that night. You will do it sometime again.
You may do it as many times as you desire. But you must have your knowing. You must have your feeling.
HOW TO BREATHE IN A SYMBOL
We speak now to the breathing in of the symbol. For some of you the breathing in is still causing a little bit, we might say, of a stoppage between the moment of breathing in and "Where does it go when I breath it in, and how do I continue the visualization?"
We offer you this suggestion. Shrink your symbol to tiny, tiny, tiny so that when you are breathing it in, it goes and multiplies instantly into every atom and molecule of your being. Were you to look inside and be aware of yourself, you would see it all over. You would see that you were made of all of these little bitty symbols that you just breathed in, and in the breathing you are filling yourself.
If you choose to exhale the same truth, it would not be exhaled. This little symbol would not be exhaled tiny. It would be exhaled large, so that it expands over all of whatever area you are exhaling it to:
You will expand it large.This will help you in the creation for you will stop concerning yourself with what it should look like or how should it be or am I breathing it in correctly. Yes?
We ask you to take a deep and gentle breath and as you do, to breathe in your breath of life, three times.
Now we ask you to breathe in your symbol for infinite love and infinite wisdom, three times in this gentle space of love and wisdom.
Namaste unto the heart and the mind and the soul of your being.
So be it.

Blessings unto the heart and the mind of your beings. I am Lady Master Natasha. Beloved Ones it is with great joy that we interact with you in this manner. You have each been learning a new languages, as it were, this past week, yes? You have been re-learning the powerful symbolic language that you already knew as Spirit/Soul, and that you were introduced to as a child, perhaps: looking at the world through grandiose eyes, and studying and learning but not understanding the words of the humans who spoke to you, but recognizing the colors and associating colors with information and speech, for in addition to the language of symbols, you speak the language of colors.
Of course, you have heard that the retina of the human being is unable to perceive the wealth of colors that truly exist in creation. In a manner of speaking, in the world of color the human being is slightly handicapped. It must use an imperfect language if it relies only on the world of colors, but you will perceive colors around the bodies of others. You know already, this is called in your language, an auric field. You know already that it represents the thoughts and the feelings of others: what they are generating, the song they are singing to the universe. Yet, as a human most of you have not developed the capacity to hear that song.
How is it that you are going to write the song, your song of the universe, if you are limited in perception of color and limited in perception of sound?
Of course, you have heard that the retina of the human being is unable to perceive the wealth of colors that truly exist in creation. In a manner of speaking, in the world of color the human being is slightly handicapped. It must use an imperfect language if it relies only on the world of colors, but you will perceive colors around the bodies of others. You know already, this is called in your language, an auric field. You know already that it represents the thoughts and the feelings of others: what they are generating, the song they are singing to the universe. Yet, as a human most of you have not developed the capacity to hear that song.
How is it that you are going to write the song, your song of the universe, if you are limited in perception of color and limited in perception of sound?

In working with energy, Beloveds, because for the most part it is invisible on your planet unless you see its effects, it is like the wind, invisible unless you see its effects. You know there is wind; or if you feel the effects, then you know there is wind, but the human body can become very conditioned against becoming aware of energy, and your planet (culture) has tried to program you that too much energy is a dangerous thing. It sedates with drugs, for they are drugs; they are not medicine, sedates with drugs, the young ones in your schools, so they can be coerced into sitting and being limited; programmed by limiting information, and programmed that their natural ebullience and their natural flow of energy is somehow wrong, simple because a teacher who does not know how to recognize it or honor it needs order and discipline in the classroom.
This educational system in your classroom in your culture for so long has been as backward as the medical profession has been. But you, Beloveds, will be learning how to reawaken the energy that you are privy to as a Soul in human form.
PROPER BREATHING: DEEP, GENTLE, BREATH OF LIFE
Perhaps it is best to begin with the ways that a human, which is discordant energy, limits energy, and discordance is part of that story, but let us look a little closer into the lives that humans live, yes? For instance, in the moment now, how you are right now in this moment, whether you are sitting or whether you are lying down, have you noticed your breathing at all during this discussion? Many on your planet tune out the outer world and go into silence in order to become aware of their breathing, and so that tells you that it is the noise of the outer world, listening, watching, and listening, that tends to put a stop to the breathing of the body. It is habit.
We call to your attention now to be aware of a deep and gentle breath, if you may, during this discussion this evening, for this is one way that you create energy. Of course, on your planet, you may understand that pollution is a result not just of refineries and not just of incorrect practices of maintaining your resources on your planet, but it is also a collective result of thinking that is full of limitations and discordance which the Nature kingdom must follow as law on your planet and create pollution. Breathing in the pollution, of course, limits the capacity of the lungs, so one might say that pollution is a detriment to you creating energy, if indeed you believe within yourself, as some of you do, that energy is just created by breath.
We wish to introduce you to a new current of energy this evening, because
Energy, Beloveds, is everywhere, and it is not limited to coming through your nostrils. It is not limited to you expanding your lungs. It is not limited to deep and heavy breathing which some ancient cultures would do for an hour or more before they would offer the manna created by the energy up to the highest wisdom to create a reality, to heal the sick, to converse with the animals in the oceans, to change the weather.
Energy is that which is free for the taking if indeed you know how. You have had many on your planet, the most famous perhaps being Nikola Tesla, who understood the harnessing of free energy, but we are not speaking, Beloveds, of the energy that will run appliances in your home, and we are not speaking of the energy that is used from a battery to start your car. We are speaking of the energy that is the unlimited source upon your planet, in your universe, in the multiverse, and as a direct result of the existence of That Which IS. It is Energy.
Energy, if it is yours for the asking, one must understand how one does the asking. On your planet, there are many religions, and many spiritual groups that have developed decrees to develop energy, to claim it and name it and own it and generate it. This is one fashion, one way indeed: to decree. What does it do? It takes your mind off of what you have been or what you think you are and it places your mind on what you are and what you have always been. You have always been the deliver-er of energy onto your planet.
You have done it through speech, and you have done it through emotions, which is your energy-in-motion, but now you are learning to do it with intent + energy (which is your Breath of Life) + symbology. With those three things, Beloveds, you can tap into all of the energy that exists anywhere. It is at your beck and call, because you are not limiting yourself to being human.
If you are limiting yourself to being human, which means holding onto your limitations, you would short circuit your being if you attempted to access more energy in this manner. As it is, you are changing the very, let us say "frequency-fiber-nature", of your physical self as you are starting to breathe in the symbols we have been working with thus far.
You are breathing in life.
As you breathe in life, as you do in this moment with your symbol for life and some of you may have noticed (we take a moment to say this) some of you may have noticed that you have begun enriching your symbols. In the beginning they were static, and they were a form, but now they are alive with light and energy and perhaps even beauty. You are giving more birth to energy and intention which will sustain you and maintain you and help you access the energy you are seeking to learn how to use Going Soul.
As you are breathing in the Breath of Life, you are automatically with your symbol of life commanding your Messenger Self to gather to you the kind of energy you require for life.
Some of you may have noticed you are having trouble sleeping lately. Some of you may have noticed you have more energy in your day that you are not quite sure what to do with it. Some of you have noticed that you have been able to receive energy that you never noticed before, and some of you have noticed you have been able to send energy without knowing quite how you did it. It is because it is not just the mind, Beloveds, that needs to know this information. It is already coded within you, but the symbol to activate what is coded there must be activated. In breathing in, as you are now, your symbol of life, you are breathing it in to every atom and molecule of the being that you are. If you have a hard time seeing or feeling this, shrink your symbol down so tiny that it goes into your nostrils or comes in through the holes, the pores, in your being and finds resonance and residence everywhere within the self that you are.
Breathing life.
You are telling yourself to accumulate energy, the energy that exists everywhere in life.
That is the first.
In addition to breathing life, you have been breathing in your symbol for personal self mastery. As you have created the symbol for self mastery, you have realized that your energy has again increased because self mastery, Beloveds, is not possible without energy. Without energy, all you are is a request that is not heard. You are a telephone line that has been disconnected. You are talking and asking but there is no receiver. There is no one to take this information and make it so, as they say.
When you breathe in your symbol of personal self mastery, personal attainment, that also in itself includes the breathing in of energy. Your subconscious understands it must accumulate energy in order to make this a truth for your being.
The next symbol that you learned, it is the fountain, is it not? The archetypal fountain, where you are breathing in the energy, and it is of water. It is coming up within your being and overflowing in all areas around you. Water is movement. Water is the symbol for emotion. Water is energy in motion. Water is ionization. Immediately moving water tells the subconscious of your being, the brain of yourself, the messenger, the secretary, to gather more energy. There is no store that you go to to buy the energy. It is everywhere and you are already are coded Beloveds; you already know how, not with your mind but with your inner wisdom, how to accumulate this energy.
You are breathing in the fountain of water, your ionization, the energy that you need that uplifts you and that creates wellness within the being and the body that you are.
You created a symbol that is divine wisdom, as it were, with divine love. Love coupled with wisdom attracts energy. It is a magnet for energy. Like attract like, so when you move into the energy for divine love and you move into the energy for divine wisdom, you have just magnetized yourself to bring forth more energy that is equivalent to the energy of wisdom and that is equivalent to the energy of love.

Beloveds, you have worked this past week to create 3 new symbols for your being. Three new symbols for your life. Three new symbols to add to your journal. Blessings unto the heart and the mind of your being. I am Lady Master Natasha. Beloved ones it is with great joy that we interact with you in this moment and in this manner in this lesson, Going Soul.
This is Lesson 6, as it were, of a total of 8 lessons, so you’ll begin understanding now the importance of what you have learned thus far. This Lesson and two more before they (the Lessons) take you into the 13th Grand Secret, and you know the number 13 and its meaning upon your planet in metaphysical circles which is beyond the meaning of superstition as many experience it. The number 13 was used to indicate a leader and a power, gestation, creation, initiation, and much more that we will save for that secret, as it were.
Before we begin this evening, we wish to interact with your consciousness of the moment. If you have questions about symbols that have come to you

STUDENT QUESTIONS
1st Student: I have a question regarding the changing of the symbols. I started out with a specific one for breath of life, but that seems to be changing. Is there a reason why these change?
Lady Master Natasha: Indeed, Beloved, and it is an excellent question. Your symbols will change, and the reason they will change is because your consciousness changes. You will begin in the moment with the only symbol that you can relate to, but as you begin to increase what we are going to call for human understanding “depth and dimension of your awareness”. Would you understand that terminology? Depth and dimension of your awareness. You will begin to notice your symbols taking on more luster, as it were, a deepness, as it were. Even if it is the same symbol, it will become more alive. It will become less two dimensional, less flat, less…mmm… let us use the word drab even or stationary. It will become more active as though it is gaining ascensions and an aliveness. Would you understand? Yes. Indeed.
Now suppose the symbol itself changes, and it is not just the symbol that you were using that became enriched, but you actually dropped the symbol. That is like anything else in your life, Beloveds. It no longer serves you. It was a symbol that was attached to life as you knew it and understood it, life as you could relate to it.
Life as you…in that ability to relate was all that you could create, but once you moved beyond the limitations that were inherently associated with choosing a symbol while you are in programmed consciousness, as it were, then something comes to you that is more alive and more resilient and more reflective of the truth you are seeking. Would you understand?
1st Student: Yes. Thank you.
Lady Master Natasha: Indeed. Anyone else?
2nd Student: Yes. Would you please clarify…I’m have a hard time with breathing in symbols. I’m sure you know that!
Lady Master Natasha: Indeed. The question is if we might clarify the process of breathing in symbols.
It is, of course, difficult when the mind thinks of outer world and what is possible in the outer world or what is impossible in the outer world. For the body self has been trained mentally to breathe in air, and you have been taught as children “it is important to blow your nose, as it were, because you must breathe in the air” and “close your mouth that you breathe in air through the nostrils that will cleanse and purify the air by the little nose hairs that are in the nasal passages". So breathing has been associated in muscle memory with air and because of that it has been located to this portion of your awareness. (LMN points to nasal passages)
When we speak of breathing in we are speaking of something more majestic than just the tiny nasal passages of your nose. Would you begin to understand this phraseology? Yes?
2nd Student: So far.
Lady Master Natasha: So far? Indeed.
It is more majestic. What is more majestic than breathing in through the nostrils? Breathing in through all of the pores of your being. Breathing in through your consciousness.
You may also substitute the words ‘breathing in’ for ‘absorbing’. We can say to you, “Absorb the symbol as though you were a sponge,” and so you are full of pores that are open, just as a sponge has little openings in its being. Breathe in as though you were a sponge so it merges with you.
You might think of it also as if you have olfactory where you breathe in scents. Some of you breathe in scents but you know you are not just breathing in through your nose. It becomes a whole body experience. When we speak of ‘breathing in’ we are creating a concept of a whole body experience not just the nasal area of the human body, not a limiting channel but an expansive, unlimited arena-area- energy-field that is merging with a thought form.
Would you understand?
2nd Student: Merging is the key for me.
Lady Master Natasha: Indeed. Merging it is then. When you hear ‘breathe in,’ the reason that we use the terminology ’breathe in’ is not to have you focus upon your nose but rather to have you recognize that breathing in your physical self is associated with creating manna. It is associated with creating energy. It is associated with life. You breathe in air so that you may live. So when we say “breathe in” it is to psychologically tell the aspect of your being that you are merging with, absorbing, taking in that which is life enhancing and necessary.

IMPORTANCE OF SYMBOLS IN THIS LESSON
We hope, as it were, that you are all working on your journals of symbols.
We wish to stress how important this will become in future Secrets. This is the foundational course, as it were, for learning your new language. This course might be thought of as Symbology 101. It is the beginning. Any of you who have studied foreign languages know and understand that if the first course is not really learned well, the following courses are rather difficult to comprehend.
Give yourself permission to listen to these lessons over and over to understand them, to work in your Soul journal, to begin to become so familiar with the concepts of ‘breathing in’ or ‘merging’ or ‘absorbing’ these symbols, these ideas that are compacted into a form that are wordless but full of meaning, so that you are comfortable with the process. That is the most important part of this Going Soul lesson is to become aware of energy, to become aware of symbols and symbolism, and to become comfortable with it.
We ask you to look back over just your day, for your week has been full. We ask you to look back over just today and think about today. What was one symbol that you recognized from your world that normally you would see through your eyes or experience through your senses as just a typical part of your day-to-day life on earth? Your outer world. Some symbol that today, from the time you awakened until before you tuned this evening, what symbol? What came to your mind as an “Ah ha” that allowed you to separate the outer world in that moment from your perceptions?
In other words, you saw through the inner world something that in the outer world was always a part of the outer world but you never recognized the symbolism of it. Just for today.
Can each one of you think back through your day and recognize any experience? And if you can, are you will to share it for the benefit of those who are listening?
By silence, we must interpret one of two things. Either you are all very camera shy, as it were, or you are having a difficult time separating something in your life today that was a symbol that you recognized instead of being a part of your everyday living.
In that case, let us take you through a day, shall we? We shall take you through a day and help you begin to separate your outer life from the symbolism that it is offering.
By separate, we simply mean that you have been accustomed to seeing the outer world as the outer world, with no meaning attached other than its utilitarian usage: the fact that it belongs there, that it is yours, and that without it you have no outer world. It is there. You expect it.

Life as you…in that ability to relate was all that you could create, but once you moved beyond the limitations that were inherently associated with choosing a symbol while you are in programmed consciousness, as it were, then something comes to you that is more alive and more resilient and more reflective of the truth you are seeking. Would you understand?

Lady Master Natasha: Indeed. Anyone else?
2nd Student: Yes. Would you please clarify…I’m have a hard time with breathing in symbols. I’m sure you know that!
Lady Master Natasha: Indeed. The question is if we might clarify the process of breathing in symbols.
It is, of course, difficult when the mind thinks of outer world and what is possible in the outer world or what is impossible in the outer world. For the body self has been trained mentally to breathe in air, and you have been taught as children “it is important to blow your nose, as it were, because you must breathe in the air” and “close your mouth that you breathe in air through the nostrils that will cleanse and purify the air by the little nose hairs that are in the nasal passages". So breathing has been associated in muscle memory with air and because of that it has been located to this portion of your awareness. (LMN points to nasal passages)
When we speak of breathing in we are speaking of something more majestic than just the tiny nasal passages of your nose. Would you begin to understand this phraseology? Yes?
2nd Student: So far.
Lady Master Natasha: So far? Indeed.
It is more majestic. What is more majestic than breathing in through the nostrils? Breathing in through all of the pores of your being. Breathing in through your consciousness.
You may also substitute the words ‘breathing in’ for ‘absorbing’. We can say to you, “Absorb the symbol as though you were a sponge,” and so you are full of pores that are open, just as a sponge has little openings in its being. Breathe in as though you were a sponge so it merges with you.
You might think of it also as if you have olfactory where you breathe in scents. Some of you breathe in scents but you know you are not just breathing in through your nose. It becomes a whole body experience. When we speak of ‘breathing in’ we are creating a concept of a whole body experience not just the nasal area of the human body, not a limiting channel but an expansive, unlimited arena-area- energy-field that is merging with a thought form.
Would you understand?
2nd Student: Merging is the key for me.
Lady Master Natasha: Indeed. Merging it is then. When you hear ‘breathe in,’ the reason that we use the terminology ’breathe in’ is not to have you focus upon your nose but rather to have you recognize that breathing in your physical self is associated with creating manna. It is associated with creating energy. It is associated with life. You breathe in air so that you may live. So when we say “breathe in” it is to psychologically tell the aspect of your being that you are merging with, absorbing, taking in that which is life enhancing and necessary.
Would you understand?

IMPORTANCE OF SYMBOLS IN THIS LESSON
We hope, as it were, that you are all working on your journals of symbols.
We wish to stress how important this will become in future Secrets. This is the foundational course, as it were, for learning your new language. This course might be thought of as Symbology 101. It is the beginning. Any of you who have studied foreign languages know and understand that if the first course is not really learned well, the following courses are rather difficult to comprehend.
Give yourself permission to listen to these lessons over and over to understand them, to work in your Soul journal, to begin to become so familiar with the concepts of ‘breathing in’ or ‘merging’ or ‘absorbing’ these symbols, these ideas that are compacted into a form that are wordless but full of meaning, so that you are comfortable with the process. That is the most important part of this Going Soul lesson is to become aware of energy, to become aware of symbols and symbolism, and to become comfortable with it.
We ask you to look back over just your day, for your week has been full. We ask you to look back over just today and think about today. What was one symbol that you recognized from your world that normally you would see through your eyes or experience through your senses as just a typical part of your day-to-day life on earth? Your outer world. Some symbol that today, from the time you awakened until before you tuned this evening, what symbol? What came to your mind as an “Ah ha” that allowed you to separate the outer world in that moment from your perceptions?
In other words, you saw through the inner world something that in the outer world was always a part of the outer world but you never recognized the symbolism of it. Just for today.
Can each one of you think back through your day and recognize any experience? And if you can, are you will to share it for the benefit of those who are listening?
By silence, we must interpret one of two things. Either you are all very camera shy, as it were, or you are having a difficult time separating something in your life today that was a symbol that you recognized instead of being a part of your everyday living.
In that case, let us take you through a day, shall we? We shall take you through a day and help you begin to separate your outer life from the symbolism that it is offering.
By separate, we simply mean that you have been accustomed to seeing the outer world as the outer world, with no meaning attached other than its utilitarian usage: the fact that it belongs there, that it is yours, and that without it you have no outer world. It is there. You expect it.
We are going to use the symbol today of a lizard, a chameleon. The kind that changes the color of its skin. We are going to use this symbol because it appeared today in the life of the one through whom we speak.
When she was watering and looked up, and it climbed up the tree, and there it was, profiled for her to look at.
Not something that she sees every day, this symbol had occurred to her early when she started her symbols and the journal studying.
The chameleon arrives and in that moment it is a startling event because it is a symbol she recognizes from what she’s already studying. She knows in that moment to take a moment and perceive what thoughts she had in that moment.
For her, this lizard is a symbol of many things. In the beginning it was a symbol of ‘speak your truth’ because when these chameleons climb the trees and they are doing their mating call their throat expands out in a beautiful rosie-red color in deep contrast to the spring green of their skin, and it did this many times for her. Once it even crossed the deck looking straight at her as she squatted by the window to watch it crawl, and it went to a bowl and got a drink of water. Eye-to-eye contact the entire time.
Part of the symbol for her being, gratitude, because “you put water and had no knowledge that things which you could not see or dream or even think about would want it, would use it”. It came as a surprise and now the symbol is, it is gratitude, when it shows up.
In the beginning it was simply speech. Then it evolved to gratitude for that which you think no one needs, but they do. In other words, thank you for small acts of kindness. That is something on your planet, is it not, random acts of kindness?
It is also one more symbol. It is the symbol of something that is unafraid to adjust to its environment. For when it is in the sun it is green, and when it is in the shade it is dark. It happens instantly so that you may look at it and if half of its body is in the shade, that half is brownish and if half of its body is in the green, that half is green: the ultimate ability to shift. You’ve heard the phraseology of chameleon-like, yes, on your planet, in your language, to be able to shift and to flow with the moment.
Why is shifting and flowing with the moment valuable or important, Beloveds? It’s because it keeps you from being rigid. It keeps you from being arthritic, as it were. It keeps your body ready and willing and able to be mobile when you need it.
Flexibility is not what we call a human trait though humans have it. Flexibility is what we call Going Soul trait. Flexibility is what allows you to step out of a rigid idea that you must maintain in order to achieve a particular reality.
But where did this rigid idea come from, Beloveds?
Going Soul flows. Rigidity kills.

It is important for you to recognize in your lives if you are owning rigidity as “something that is as important as the steel girders in a building” or “something that is as important as the steel-concrete foundation that supports a house” or “the pier and beam structure that supports a house”. Symbolism, in your world, of that which is rigid has been used to represent that which is secure, that which is stable, that which can withstand.
We say, in your culture that which you think is stable and rigid and can withstand in order to make it a secure thing is also that which is only good for its purpose. Usually the purpose is one thing: creating strength, creating rigidity, creating stability, but you will recall that we have suggested in this Going Soul that you will take the word “impossible” out of your vocabulary, that you will begin thinking as though you were on other dimensions where the physics of planet Earth is no longer the only reality that you live.
IMAGINATION EXERCISE
Let us imagine something, Beloveds, let us imagine, if you will, that you are on a planet that has consistently destroyed itself. It is a habit pattern, a bad one at that. The planet when it disappears, disappears of course, with all who were on it, and they reappear in consciousness and recreate the same experience.
Where would this be possible?
It would be possible to be reborn, as it were, but unlikely that you would be reborn with all of the same people who lived in a disaster.
When an airplane crashes, as it were, and all of the passengers on board are going to another dimension they do not, as your movies indicate, all go to the same place. They are different vibrational frequencies and they will go to wherever their belief system, when they were alive, leads them.
Unless of course, you are so ingrained in planetary life from planet Earth, that planet Earth is the most important thing to your being. As a collective group, let us imagine, you return to planet Earth.
Only the planet Earth you return to is not the one that was blown up. It is not a physical planet Earth. It is a metaphysical planet Earth. It is one that is created from the consciousness of all of those who so instantly lost life they could not conceive that they instantly lost life, and so they were instantly creating exactly what it was they lost.
You see that is taking the word “impossible” out of your vocabulary.
We can imagine that if such a planet were to exist, like the physical planet Earth, with people who have left a physical form but still believe they are in the physical form, for let us say this planet emerged in a dimension such as a fourth dimension where all is possible and you can achieve the same results in fourth dimension that you can achieve in third dimension, that if you brought with you the physics of life where all was true as you once believed it were true, you would be missing the grandest experience of your life. You would be missing the ability to live beyond the impossible.
All that you labeled as impossible because you lived on a third dimension with its physics, of what you could and could not do, would still be part of your mindset. What would happen on an imaginary planet such as this?
Indeed, there would be teachers who would come. Would there not be? Teachers who would come who would try to instruct souls on such a planet on:
The mind, the inner world, is not limited to the physics of a third dimensional plane. The inner world can conceive and believe and assist you in manifesting what you focus on.

Going Soul, Beloveds, is about believing, breathing, using symbols and rising above that which might be thought of as average. As you are doing this, we are going to tell you what is happening in your lives now even as we speak. Throughout this session of Going Soul, each one of you has been dropping and shedding skins, as it were, like a lizard would. Yes? and so here we have a chameleon, in the lizard family, representing something else once again:
You are Going Soul. You are new realities. You are new possibilities. You are letting go of all that has held you down.
For instance, today, one who is following the Going Soul path discovered the untenable position in their consciousness that living in the city equaled death, but so did living in the country. How could this Soul ever achieve any form of immortal life because death was all that was offered as an alternative no matter where this person lived?
This was shed, this skin, this thought form, this old way of doing life, of being trapped, as it were, in between two worlds that seemed to be the only possibilities of life. Now there are new realities, and we stress unto the heart, the mind and the soul of your being and every atom and molecule within you, that you are creator within your being,within your being, in the inner world, the inner life.
Your planet has done a good job, over centuries, of helping people believe they were crazy if their inner world was active. If in their inner world they could create, they could love, they could understand, they could feel, they could see, they could converse, they could bring back fantastic stories, hey were often put in asylums, or they were often locked up somewhere. Each of you has memories of this within your being, but you are being freed of these as you Go Soul, because the power is within, Beloveds, it is not without. It has never been without. It has always been within. Within is where the power lives. Within is where the power is active.
We stress this to you once again, that you might tomorrow, if someone were to ask you again at the end of your day, “What symbol did you recognize today in your world?” that all of a sudden you realized:
For that is the next journey: to begin recognizing the symbols in your outer life that have a message for your being and what does it represent?
If you are willing to go further, what in the world of physics would it represent?
What in the world of metaphysics would it represent?

For that is the next journey: to begin recognizing the symbols in your outer life that have a message for your being and what does it represent?
If you are willing to go further, what in the world of physics would it represent?
What in the world of metaphysics would it represent?

Let us say that you wish to visit someone who is on a plane that was lower than the plane where you are. You might imagine going to the edge of a pit and jumping in because “down” is the concept that you will be using.
You are training yourself in your outer world even as you are living, even if you were not Going Soul, Beloveds. You have been training yourself all along:
At some point we know the human being gets to a point of discomfort because the world begins to be unfamiliar, and that which once was a kitchen with a counter-top and flowing water and a dishwasher and a window to look out at a yard with creatures in it and flowers and trees all of a sudden becomes something almost frightening because the stability that it represented as a part of your life that you could count on, as a part of your life that was just there for you, all of a sudden begins to be something talking to you or at you or bringing a message for you.
We do not say this must become fearful, but we say we have watched and observed humans in the waking up process, and in the awareness process when all of a sudden the world around them goes from stable to symbols to alive and moving and the atoms and molecules themselves are not appearing stable and static, as it were.
You are moving in that direction, Beloveds, and the good news is, you are moving there without the use of drugs.

At some point we know the human being gets to a point of discomfort because the world begins to be unfamiliar, and that which once was a kitchen with a counter-top and flowing water and a dishwasher and a window to look out at a yard with creatures in it and flowers and trees all of a sudden becomes something almost frightening because the stability that it represented as a part of your life that you could count on, as a part of your life that was just there for you, all of a sudden begins to be something talking to you or at you or bringing a message for you.
