HOW DOES HEALY WORK? 1. Microcurrent (emitted through Healy wristbands): The body's tissues are lined with "water-hydrated matrices" that are semiconductors allowing the transfer of electrons AND specific frequencies. Each cell and all tissue have their own specific frequencies that work harmoniously together within the cell. Frequencies from the Healy can travel through the body because it is 'wet', and electricity takes the path of least resistance as it flows through tissue. (In other words, our 'wet inner world' allows the delivery of frequency through micro current.)
2. Frequency is "the number of times per second that a wave passes a particular point. The Healy checks your frequency "needs" every 10 seconds. Once your system has absorbed 100% of a particular frequency being delivered, it is no longer given during that session. (In other words: The Healy can check your system every 10 seconds and know what frequency to deliver and when to stop delivery.)
3. Healy uses "Information Field Analysis". It uses a Quantum Center, located in the center of the Healy, to interact in the existing energy field in you and around you. (In other words, all energy is like a school of fish...each fish knows what the other fish know. If a fish lost that connection, it would be lost and not able to stay with its group. So each time you use your Healy, your energy field (bio-informational field) is being strengthened, and your organs brought back into the ability to hear instructions which had been muffled.)
WHAT DOES HEALY PURE CYCLE DO VERSUS THE CARE CYCLE? The PURE cycle stimulates the body's excretory functions to assist recovery from environmental causes of energetic imbalance. ADVISORS SAY IT CAN BE USED ON A REGULAR BASIS. The CARE cycle is when you body is particularly challenged, not just from environmental causes, but also emotional or poor diet, imbalance in organs or blocked energy flow.
CAN THE SAME HEALY BE USED ON more than one phone? Simple answer: YES. On up to 5 different devices. How to: (from 3.2.4 HealAdvisor Analyse App Manual) "In the Connected Cloud Devices section you can authorize other smartphones to log into your Cloud account, using the HealAdvisor Analyse App. Alternatively you can import the Master Key. Please note that the app is only intended for use with one smartphone and the Cloud." (in other words, it will not work simultaneously or at the same time on 5 different devices.)
Note: Having multiple devices with multiple Bluetooth running AT THE SAME TIME can cause connection issues.
If you have Healy Apps installed on different devices: To make a switch of a particular Healy from one iPhone to another, first turn off each intended pairing. Go to airplane mode first and then turn off both of the devices, CLEARING ANY MEMORY CLUTTER. When you are ready to pair you Healy to its next device, the app will search for the Serial Number, then connect with it and be usable.
(In other words, you may operate, for example, 3 different Healys independently and separate from each other on 3 different devices i.e. 2 cells and 1 tablet. You can also connect any one of those 3 Healys with any cell or tablet, but of course only one Healy can be paired with a device at the same time. So YES, switching between devices IS allowed and POSSIBLE.)
HOW DO YOU TURN ON THE HEALY? The power button is in the center of the Healy. Press firmly and release. A green light should flash off and on to the right of the power button. If the green light rapidly flashes about 3-4 times and stope, the Healy needs to be charged.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CHARGE THE HEALY? The first charge may take up to 2 hours or so. When the solid green light goes off, the Healy is fully charged. When using the Healy (pink dot) app, the battery level of the Healy will show in the top right hand corner on an open page.
DOES THE HEALY APP RECORD MY FINGER/THUMB PRINT? No. The fingerprint on the app is to show you where to touch the Healy while it analyzes your resonant field.
HOW and WHY DO I RESET THE HEALY? The Healy gets full from the programs you use. To empty it (like emptying your cell phone call log, for instance) press the center off/on button for about 15-20 seconds until a solid green light comes on. Then stop pressing the button. The Healy is cleared.
BLUETOOTH CONNECTION ISSUES Is your smart phone Bluetooth on? Turn it off and then on again. Has your smart phone Bluetooth connected to some other device? Turn off all Bluetooth connections. Is there a Healy app running in the background on your smart phone? Turn it off. Be sure smart phone location service is switched on. Do a hardware rest: press and hold power button 15-20 seconds until green LED lights up and stays on, while Healy is charging Check your smartphone settings. Are all permissions the Healy app needs activated? Go to an area where not other Bluetooth devices are active -- make sure Healy is switched on (green LED must be flashing) iOS specifics: - please Update your iOS Version to 14.0.2 or later - older iOS Versions have less stable Bluetooth connection to the Healy
WHAT IF MY SMART PHONE CANNOT FIND MY HEALY DEVICE VIA BLUETOOTH? Turn off your Healy. Close down all Healy applications. Turn of your smart phone Bluetooth. THEN: 1. Turn on Healy 2. Turn on smart phone Bluetooth 3. Open a Healy app NOTE: We do not pair our Healy with Bluetooth. We do not use the phone's settings to find and pair with the Healy.
